• High-Performance Cooling: We implemented a DX Split System with a total capacity of 78 Tons. This ensures full coverage for all society facilities while providing independent control for each wing to optimize energy consumption.

• Premium Equipment Selection: We prioritized SKM brand units for their superior ability to withstand extreme climatic conditions while ensuring quiet and stable operation.

• Precision Piping & Insulation: Copper and electrical lines were insulated and extended according to standard specifications to minimize cooling loss and prevent future leaks.
